Mary Truong — Product Designer.
I work on the parts of a product that get complicated fastest as a business scales — with more plans, more markets, more rules and more edge cases.
Most of my three years at Xero was spent making those systems hold together under constraints across 13 regional markets: pricing, checkout, sign‑up and the design system underneath them. I’m equally interested in in‑product work where the same complexity shows up.
